Dear Westwood Shores Residents,
Please know that our technicians and responders are currently on route, some are facing difficulties reaching their destination due to road closures though we are currently putting together teams to deal with any issues the weather may bring.
Due to the nature of this week's weather, we recommend the following tip homeowners can perform for their safety.
- If this is an emergency, please call 911 and remember that due to flooding and road closures, it will take additional time for emergency services to reach you.
- Please monitor your local news for any emergency/weather updates.
- If flooding is imminent, remove clean-out caps in your yard.
- Put stoppers in the tubs to prevent backflow.
- Turn off the main water line to your house to prevent broken pipes caused by flooding from adding to any damage.
- Call your insurance for damages and take videos/pictures for any claims.
